What is Time Line Therapy®?
Time Line Therapy® is a therapeutic process developed by Dr. Tad James, a Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). This type of therapy releases negative emotions attached to past events such as anger, fear, sadness, hurt and guilt. It also eliminates self-limiting beliefs that hinder a person from pursuing the life that they want.
Negative emotions get in the way of one’s work, relationships, health and life per se. Taking away the negative emotions attached to past events changes a person’s behaviour and perspective on life. Next time a situation that would normally make them feel bad arises, they will be able to deal with it intelligently rather than base their reaction on how they felt towards a similar event in the past.
